No. Almost everyone on myspace posts their photos on their profile using photobucket. Why would that be copyright infringment? If you mean you are posting a photo that has been copyrighted by someone else and are claiming that it is your's, regardless of whether or not it's from photobucket, then yeah, you're guilty of it.
Otherwise, hell no.
Usually a picture that is copyrighted has to HAVE the copyright either typed right under the photo where it is originally posted, or watermarked onto the photo itself, saying clearly that it IS copyrighted. But that doesn't mean you can't post it on myspace. You can put any pic on there, but if for example you take a copyrighted picture of a supermodel and start saying 'that's me' or something like that, you're saying that photo BELONGS to you and you can't do that.

Nope. You can use anything from photobucket on Myspace.
