I was wondering if there is a way see what photo hosting site a person uses by clicking on their myspace pics?

the only way to see what hosting site the picture is using is by right clicking on the image and go to properties. that will give you the direct link to thei image.

If you right click on the photo and select copy image link or properties, you should see the host site there. i.e.
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k75/la...
This would be from photo bucket.

The majority of myspace pictures are hosted directly on myspace itself, but you can always check by right clicking your mouse, and scrolling down to "copy image link." :)
