Easy, all you need to do is go to a website to get a direct link to the picture, such as "http://www.imageshack.us" or "http://www.photobucket.com/". Once you have the image URL, put it in this form.

%26lt;img src="put image URL here"%26gt; put that in the caption part of your picture, and it should show the picture url you made in the caption.
