What does this mean?
On myspace profile it says bandwidth exceeded on my background where there are normally photobucket images.?
Whoever is sharing the image from their photobucket account, has gone over the daily limit. Too many people are using the same image. You can always save the image and upload it onto your own photobucket or whichever image hosting website you have, then use it as your background.

It's a photobucket issue. You exceeded the maximum bandwidth when you loaded the images. Compress the images and try again.
