How can I get a shadow effect on my Myspace profile images?

That link shows an example of how I would like my profile to look and I don't know what that effect is called or if it's possible to get a code for it. I don't necessarily want THAT layout, I just want the shadowed pictures effect. (BTW- you can only see the shadowed effect on IE, so in case you are using FF and don't know what I'm talking about. LOL)
